Known Issues

1.Trouble uploading charts with when unit staffing is filled out

   Workaround: In the event and error occurs please remove the unit staffing and reattempt upload

  Update: The communication server should handle the bad data automatically and default to "Unknown" Unit Staffing if this occurs.

2.Crew level certification missing from chart after upload

   Workaround: Manually select crew level certification on emsCharts Web

3. Custom Vital Signs labels appear incorrectly on web

    Workaround: None

4. Patient race missing from chart after upload

    Workaround: Manually selecting race on emsCharts Web

5. Factors affecting care are missing from chart after upload if all factors are set to NONE

    Workaround: Manually selecting factors on emsCharts Web

6.County drop down field data is missing when search by zip code is done

    Workaround: Navigating to a different page and then returning to patient information, upon re selecting the County data field, you can manually select the correct CountyOur team is currently working to deliver a method to scan linear (UPC) and QV (2d) barcodes to populate chart data points. You should see this functionality in the upcoming build scheduled for January 25/26 barring any blocker/critical items that fail QA testing. In addition, you will start seeing a change to data points with drop down boxes.  Data points with a higher number of available options will have the ability to search for values. – more information to follow in the next several weeks.

Fixed in This Release

1. Custom Forms - Hide permanently forms no longer appear
2. Procedure drop down fixes – Sorting drop down data is now A-Z for many data points
3. CC/HPI Section - Button Alignment
4. Social Media link fixes
5. Removed “DOCS” – not being used at this time, this was a carryover from emsCharts Mobile
6. Removed “COMING SOON” from support
7. Patient Information – County is now populated when zip code is searched
8. Employment Details – United States is now defaulted to the top of drop down box
