New in This Release

New Feature Highlight:

The following new features are the most impactful for users, so we describe them here in greater detail:

New Features

The following features have been added in this release:

KeySummaryRelease Notes
FIRE-596Increase Size of Add Contact Modal We increased the size of the "Add Contact" and "Edit Contact" Screen in the Occupancy Module.
FIRE-594LOSAP - Allow Punctuation and Symbols in the "Event Name" Field Added the ability to include punctuation and special characters in the LOSAP Event Name field.
FIRE-581Inspection Signature Workflow Improvements We made several improvements to the workflow when completing inspections. The button ordering was changed to be more intuitive and the Clear Signature functionality will also clear both the "canvas" and also the printed signature. We also included a check to verify that a signature was included prior to completing the inspection.
FIRE-539Property - Share Contacts Added the ability to designate Occupancy Contacts as Property Contacts. When Occupancies are linked together via the Property functionality, their contacts will also be automatically shared when the contact is designated as a property contact.
FIRE-524Rework Sign Offs Tab We made several changes to the Sign Offs tab. Previously, this tab was somewhat confusing and signatures were prompted for the person who was logged in and not necessarily the person who was listed as the member making the report or the person listed as the officer in charge.

Improved in This Release

The following issues have been addressed and resolved in this release:

KeySummaryRelease Notes
FIRE-601Fire Reports White Screen Fixed an issue where sometimes clicking on Fire Reports from the main page would result in a white screen. This is occasionally caused by a cookie issue or a security privilege issue. Now, instead of a blank white screen, users will see an error message.
FIRE-599Incident Type 160 - Fire or Wildland Fire Module Required Fixed an issue with incident type 160. The NFIRS Standard dictates that either the fire module OR the wildland fire module MUST be used for this incident type. Previously, we were not enforcing this requirement.
FIRE-595Remove Print Preview Options for Incomplete Incidents The Print Preview options were erroneously showing for incomplete incidents. These options will now be hidden until an incident is in a locked (completed) state.

Known Issues
