Upcoming Enhancements
Our team is currently working to deliver a method to scan linear (UPC) and QV (2d) barcodes to populate chart data points. You should see this functionality in the upcoming builds barring any blocker/critical items that fail QA testing. In addition, you will start seeing a change to data points with drop down boxes. Data points with a higher number of available options will have the ability to search for values. – more information to follow in the next several weeks.
Important Build Information
Software Version 1.4.6 is the latest Mandatory updated that will need to be applied, you must uninstall any previously versions prior to download and installing this build. The most recent release contains significant Architectural Database Updates. In order to stay complaint with emsCharts Tablet, all devices must be updated to our latest software version 1.4.6 no later than February 03, 2107.In the event a device is not updated, emsCharts Tablet will not work with unsupported versions. If you are experiencing any difficulties with updating your device, please contact our Support Department for assistance. All incomplete charts need to be uploaded prior to install this build.

3. Patient race missing from chart after upload
Workaround: Manually selecting race on emsCharts Web
4. Factors affecting care are missing from chart after upload if all factors are set to NONE
Workaround: Manually selecting factors on emsCharts Web
5. Tablet Scrolling issues with some know Bluetooth keyboards
Workaround: Disconnect Bluetooth keyboard and relaunch application
6. Medication Procedure comments do not appear on web after uploaded from tablet
Workaround: Manually regenerate comments on emsCharts Web
